ABOUT
MEg
Life isn't always a smooth ride,
What does it take to thrive in an imperfect life?
How often do we find ourselves stuck in the same old conversations, feeling misunderstood and alone?
We need authentic communication.
How often do we find ourselves unable to bridge the gap between what we have and what we want?
We need a new awareness.
How often do we feel like our emotions are controlling us and take us on a path we don't want to be on?
We need emotional agility.
How often do we long for love, but instead get distracted by the pressures and demands of life?
We need to realign with love.
There are so many of us that wake up at a certain time in our lives and are confused about how we got where we are. We have often done everything we thought we "should" do, but somehow we don't feel satisfied or fulfilled. Life seems to come at us so fast that we don't have a lot of time to process all the things that happen in our lives and all the things that are expected of us.
I create a space where women can slow down and process all the things that are controlling their lives - their everyday thoughts, emotions and the stories they have been telling themselves. A space where they can look at their inner world, gain valuable insight, and then reclaim their personal authority and make conscious decisions that transform the way they experience their lives!
Looking forward to hearing from you!
XOXO
Meg
TESTIMONIALS
"Before I started my coaching with Meg I was in a rough spot mentally, emotionally, and physically. I had been seeking help from a number of different professionals, including Doctors, Naturopathic Doctors, Chiropractors, and Counselors. Each of them definitely had their place and was able to be of help to me in some way but I realized I needed to focus and invest in healing myself from the inside out and not just focus on my 'symptoms.'
After I had spent some time talking to Meg and having her answer some questions, I had such peace in my heart and knew this was the direction I should head to start my healing journey so I could go from survival to success.
One of the biggest benefits I have received from coaching is having a safe environment to grow. Meg has always from day one, seen the best in me and not focused on my failures. I have the freedom to be completely real and honest in a judge-free zone.
Since my coaching has started I have begun to see the best in others. I am easier able to focus on the strengths of others instead of being a fault finder. This has greatly improved the quality of my life and relationships! I feel armed with strategies for success!

"Meg is so good at what she does, - a true calling for sure! My life has changed in so many amazing ways. It's an absolute miracle!
The way I talk, the way I walk through life, the way I show up has all changed for the better. I am more confident in making decisions. I now know I don't have to struggle to feel worth it and I don't have to fear always being judged. I'm very proud to have Meg as my life coach and I know she can help you change your life for the better as well!
I always look forward to my calls with Meg - she is so happy and 100% genuine! Thank you Meg for helping me make my life so much better!"

"I feel very fortunate to call Meg my coach. Working with her has shown me the value of coaching, and what a difference it can make to have someone to talk to and work through life's challenges with. Meg is thoughtful, patient, generous, and has a variety of tools to help you overcome any mental blocks so that you can step into the life you want. She is extremely perceptive and very easy to talk to. She genuinely cares about my successes and in many ways has been my biggest cheerleader."

"Meg entered my life during a time of deep reflection and self-healing. Throughout my journey, she has provided gentle guidance to help make meaningful progress. Meg brings many qualities to the 'healing table', but where she excels is in reading people, connecting the dots, and answering the 'why' questions. Meg has helped me develop a deeper understanding of who I am and why, how to work through issues as they arise and how to practice self-compassion. In addition, Meg has taught me to understand other people and their behavior and actions and how to have more compassion for them. I couldn't be more grateful for finding Meg and for all of her support!"

"
I've got to be honest; I was very skeptical of hiring a "Coach," but a close friend suggested I get in touch with Meg after sharing my ongoing struggles with her and feeling as though nothing would ever change.
That first call, I tip-toed along, holding on to my stubbornness like a life raft and putting up a pretty big wall. Now several calls in, I don't know what I would do without her! Meg is the only one who's ever called me out on my bullsh*t! She's real, and she gives me practical sometimes uncomfortable homework to do that I would rather bury my head in the sand sometimes than do but it has helped me over the past several months in ways that no counselor, therapist, even psychiatrist has been able to do over several years. Change. Or at least want to move towards it, write a "new story," change the way I think and talk, the way I treat myself and others.
She's even somehow done the impossible! I wasn't in contact with my sister for over a decade, but after Meg suggested I try something relatively simple, my sister and I are talking again!! It's incredible! I'm still in total awe. I'm just so grateful to have her as my coach, and although I'm still uncomfortable at times, I'm not skeptical anymore. I'm looking forward to moving forward with her by my side.

"Coaching is so unique in the way that it feels like talking to a friend, but you get to control the kind of results you can get. Meg has this wonderful way of putting you at ease. She is so easy to talk to and through her, I can take a step back and breathe and analyze my feelings better then ever before. Through her tremendous listening and leadership skills she guided me to rediscover my love to learn; about myself, and about other people and the relationship between the two. Meg helps me see myself as I am, to see the good in what appears bad and to wholly change my outlook on the future and what it has in store for me.
I was feeling so stuck and confused and scared, and I had become complacent within that space.
Meg continues to lift my spirits and motivate me to be a better person.
I feel hopeful and I'm confident that I have the tools I need now to continue taking leaps of faith for the kind of future I want. Thank you so much Meg!"
